On behalf of Saint Louis Polonia and community partners, we would like to invite you to our inaugural Visiting Professor Lecture by Dr. Aleksander Skotnicki, MD on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the Four Season Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Skotnicki has a distinguished career as a physician and academic professional with accomplishments in research, teaching and patient care. He has also dedicated his life to illuminating the history of Polish-Jewish communities in Krakow, Poland. His tireless efforts in this regard have won him admiration in Poland, Israel and elsewhere, culminating in the prestigious Jan Karski Award in 2009. Dr. Skotnicki has been invited as the Saint Louis Polonia inaugural Visiting Professor, a new tradition we hope to continue annually in Karski’s spirit.
