MENU

6:30 – 7:15

Cheese display, fruits, vegetables, dip, crackers on the table
Crab cakes with lemon aioli as a passed hors d’oeuvre

Dinner 7:15 to 8:45 – buffet on the table
Stationary hors d’oeuvres – vegetable egg rolls with Asian dipping sauce and spinach-artichoke ravioli with marinara and parmesan
Pasta Penne a la Vodka with creamy pink tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, olives and basil (no meat)
Season vegetables (usually broccoli or green beans or asparagus)
Roasted turkey breast w/ cranberries and dinner rolls (there will be a person hand-carving it)

The Venue
The Champions Room features floor-to-ceiling windows afford breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding scenery, including formal lawns, a lake, and waterfall, while 16-foot ceilings and a skylight give the space a luxurious and spacious ambiance. On the west end of the Champions Room overlooking the 9th hole, a garden trellis runs the length of the room, a lovely setting for outdoor ceremonies and receptions; while on the east end of the room, guests can walk out onto a covered verandah running the entire length of the building and overlooking panoramic views of the golf course.
